These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilibig website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

jilibig reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilibig's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the jilibig Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilibig, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilibig Platform.

jilibig reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at jilibig's sole discretion.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jilibig. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibig login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilibig will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jilibig reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jilibig suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

jilibig supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the jilibig cashier section.

All funds deposited into your jilibig account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jilibig reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jilibig aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

jilibig reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

jilibig offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. jilibig reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.

Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the individual promotion terms. jilibig's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All games available on the jilibig Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by jilibig or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jilibig's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive. jilibig's records are the final authority on all game outcomes.

If a game malfunctions or is interrupted due to a technical error, jilibig reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in such circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibig Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that jilibig reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or jilibig staff.

All content on the jilibig Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jilibig or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilibig.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibig, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jilibig does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, jilibig's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

jilibig collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilibig.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilibig implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and jilibig cannot guarantee absolute security.

jilibig may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

You may close your jilibig account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilibig Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilibig operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

jilibig reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilibig will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jilibig Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
