• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you agreed to upon registration, including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including AML regulations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and tax obligations.

If jilibig becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and take appropriate action in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

jilibig primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines, such as cloud infrastructure providers or technology partners.
